1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship between JINZE SCREW and our B2B clients for the manufacture and supply of extruder screw barrels and related precision-engineered components.
By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any business transactions.
2. Product Specifications & Custom Manufacturing
Custom Engineering Services
- • All products are manufactured to customer specifications and technical drawings
- • Bimetallic solutions and material selection based on application requirements
- • CNC precision manufacturing with quality control at every stage
- • Anti-corrosion and anti-wearing treatments as specified
Customers are responsible for providing accurate technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements. JINZE SCREW will confirm all specifications before commencing production.
3. Ordering Process & Lead Times
Order Confirmation
- • Written quotation and technical review
- • Purchase order confirmation
- • 30-50% deposit payment required
- • Production schedule agreement
Manufacturing Timeline
- • Standard products: 15-25 working days
- • Custom designs: 25-35 working days
- • Complex bimetallic: 35-45 working days
- • Rush orders subject to availability
4. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Schedule
All payments must be made in USD or as agreed in the purchase order. Late payment may result in production delays or order cancellation.
5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Customers may arrange third-party inspection at our facility. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Warranty Coverage
JINZE SCREW provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions and proper maintenance.
Warranty covers material defects, dimensional inaccuracies, and premature wear not caused by misuse or improper application.

8. Liability & Limitations
JINZE SCREW's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not responsible for consequential damages, production losses, or indirect costs arising from product use.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in accordance with Chinese commercial law.
